Whoyaon’s Top Rater’s This Moir Stakes Day
Huge weekend of racing is kicking off with Moonee Valley’s Moir Stakes tonight. See who the top raters are and what races they are in, we know The Valley holds one of those tricky bias where the leaders usually take up the front spots and are hard to run down.
Race 4 #6 Super Too $2.80 (William Hill)
This girl broke the 1000m track record last start (wind assisted) and loves it out in front. From the inside barrier should be able to kick up off the fence and either be leading the pack or just off the front runners. Impressive distance winner with 5 starts for 4 wins. Only query is not racing at The Valley before tonight. **Hard To Beat**
Race 5 #6 Foundation $5 (William Hill)
This 5 year old had absolutely no luck last start down the Moonee Valley track, held up for nearly the entire straight with never seeing anything but the horses asses in front of him. Looked to have plently left in the tank and hoping it has been saved for tonight. Up against a couple of smart ones and danger coming from the Weir trained horse in Star Exhibit.
Race 6 #3 Lizzie L’amour $7.50 (William Hill)
Bowman takes the ride tonight and brings some strong form from New Zealand across with her. Might need one more run but with the value she is at the moment it is to hard to pass up. Can hit back in a hard way!

Race 7 MOIR STAKES – #13 She Will Reign and #1 Terravista
Siding with She Will Reign has her last prep as a two year old was TOP CLASS. First time back on a Good Track tonight and can sit close to the midfield, expecting to be just as dominate as a 3 year old as she was as a 2 year old. Very tough race with any horse having a chance at winning it. For one of the main dangers at a bit of odds is the OLD BOY Terravista. If they are running on I can see this big fella coming over the top of them with his turn of foot and his excellent first up form.
